By accessing or using FlowFund ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowFund is a personal finance management platform providing budgeting, goal tracking, debt management, tax estimation, revenue tracking, and financial education tools. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

FlowFund provides financial tools and AI-generated insights for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Free accounts are available indefinitely. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your financial data belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or use your personal financial data for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software of FlowFund is owned by FlowFund. User-uploaded content (reels, documents) remains owned by the user, with a license granted to FlowFund to display it within the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated financial insights, tax estimates, or market data.

10. Limitation of Liability

FlowFund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made based on information provided by the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
